Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All products purchased through the taichimurakami official online store are made exclusively to order. Each item is individually produced after an order has been confirmed and full payment has been received.

For this reason, all sales are considered final.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed.

Changes to Orders

Changes to size, color, material, specifications, shipping address, or any other order details cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• the product arrives with a manufacturing defect; or
• an incorrect item has been shipped.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with:

• your order number;
• a detailed description of the issue; and
• clear photographs showing the condition of the product.

If the claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

• change of mind;
• incorrect size selection;
• personal fit or comfort;
• color differences caused by screen settings;
• natural characteristics of leather or other natural materials;
• individual variations in texture, grain, wrinkles, scars, shade, or finish;
• normal aging, wear, or patina developed through use;
• minor handmade variations that do not affect functionality or quality.

These characteristics are considered part of the individuality of each product and are not regarded as defects.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an approved manufacturing defect or our shipping error, all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
